Red Sunrise
A gorgeous mix of red and orange juices will help you kickstart your morning, even if you’re not getting up with the sun.
- 1 medium sized beet
- 2 carrots
- 2 large oranges
Peel your oranges, chop up your beet and feed everything into your juicer. This juice recipe will make a big full serving.
Power Green Juice
Juice from every green source imaginable, with both fruit and vegetables in this mix.
- 1 shot of spinach juice
- 1 shot of kale or wheatgrass juice
- 3 large stalks of celery
- 1/2 a medium size cucumber
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 2 Granny Smith apples
Other than the lemon, you don’t need to peel anything here. Just get it all juiced up and you’re ready to go.
Cucumber Mint
This is a bit lighter and the mint makes it extra refreshing. Plan on having this juice blend around on the next hot summer day.
- 2 apples
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 small handful of fresh mint leaves
Chop, juice and that’s all there is to it.
Hint of Veggie Green
This is for the fruit-juice lovers who aren’t looking of a very vegetable-heavy juice blend recipe.
- 2 cups watermelon chunks
- 2 small apples
- 1 shot kale or wheatgrass juice
Mix and juice.
Tummy Time Juice
Sorry for the cutesy title. This is a fabulous juice blend to help boost your digestive health with cabbage juice. You can use either red or green cabbage, it’s up to you.
- 1/2 medium head of cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 2 apples
- 2 large stalks of celery
Chop and juice. Don’t be afraid of the large amount of cabbage. It lends a little zestiness to your final juice that’s is nicely balanced with the sweeter fruit and carrot.
Pepper Detox Blend
Cayenne is a really popular ingredient for any detox recipes as it helps increase blood flow and help flush out toxins in the body.
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 large carrots
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 shot wheatgrass or spinach juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
As usual, just juice everything and enjoy. If it has too much cayenne kick for your taste, knock it down to about 1/4 tsp instead.
