While our products undergo rigurous testing standards, an “oops” can happen! We are here to help and we always stand behind our promises with our warranty and workmanship.
- Please simply scan or fax (206.203.2948) a copy of your dated sales receipt (the sales receipt must show the date of purchase. If you no longer have your receipt most vendors do keep records).

If your unit falls under our 1-Year Warranty (on parts) or 50-Year Warranty (on motor) then the part/unit will be free of charge and will only require a small shipping fee of $10 within the US or $12 if in Canada on simple parts. There is a $15 charge on the Electric Juicer within the US or a $20 charge if in Canada. These payments can be made easily by clicking on the appropriate link below.
