Strong enough, I juice almost everyday with following items and it never fails me:

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I had too. Very pleased with this purchase, especially given the reasonable price, compared to the obscene costs for most juice extractors/blenders/masticaters. Easy to assemble & Easy to clean & extracts every bit of juice from wheatgrass, cilantro, parsely, carrot-tops, arugala, basil, mint, etc. Also, sinceit is non-electric & manually-operated there are no “extremes” to create high heat or produce negative “EMFs” (electro magnetic fields) that destroy the phytho-nutrients in the natural/raw greens to be juiced/extracted/masticated. The youtube video wan an incentive and the other reviews were quite accurate. Duplicate fine-parts are provided, should they wear-out, though I would certainly just buy another machine, if it were to wear-out. I like it just that much!!
