Wheatgrass Juice for Detoxing

The idea of detoxing is very popular right now, as we learn more about how toxins and environmental pollutants can (and do) accumulate in our bodies. Every once in a while, it’s good to “detox” and clean ourselves up.

Any juice will do but a healthy mix of green veggies (like wheatgrass) rather than just your usual fruit juices will be better for you and provide a more varied mix of nutrients for your body.  Remember that you want a cold-press juicer! Regular juicers are unable to actually juicer wheatgrass and those fast spinning juicers kill nutrients due to the high speed and heat build-up.
