4 Easy-To-Juice Juice Recipes Using Apples..and Greens!

Apples are an under-rated juicing fruit but you can make all kinds of delicious blends with them. Loaded with vitamins A, C and several important Bs, apples are super easy to get at the store year-round and will blend nicely with veggies and leafy greens.

You can adjust the taste with these recipes be changing the apples, going from tart to sweet when you’re in the mood.

Greens with Apple and Ginger

Let’s start off with a great mix of greens, veggies and fruit in a tasty juice blend.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 shot wheatgrass juice
  • 1 handful of Swiss chard leaves
  • 1/2 inch chunk of ginger, peeled
  • 1 large carrot

Chop, juice and mix up into a glass for a single serving.

A Gigantic Juice

This is an apple recipe that is heavy on the greens and will provide more nutrients than you can count. The apple and pear lighten it up though and add great sweetness to the blend.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 2 big stalks of celery
  • 2 big kale leaves
  • 1 small handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 shot wheatgrass juice
  • 1 small whole cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon

You might want to peel up the lemon but otherwise just chop and juice as usual. Mix it all up and you’re ready to go.

Tropical Apple Beet Blend

You can’t beat the glorious color that you get from any juice blend with beets in it. So add a little to this recipe for a treat to the eye as well as your taste buds.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 big carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 of a beet
  • 1/2 of a cucumber

Chop, juice and enjoy. You know the drill.

Fruit Finale

Our last apple-based recipe focuses more on fruit than veggies, though a little green juice managed to sneak in. ¬†We try and promote the majority of recipes using primarily greens, but hey – it’s ok to cheat every once in a while!

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup grapes, red or green
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 shot wheatgrass juice

Juice it up and serve. It’s a nice sweet mix that does well as a refresher on a hot day. But any other time is fine too.
